OUR MISSION
At CTD Housing Inc., our primary mission is to enhance the quality of life in low-income areas of Oakland, California by bolstering our neighborhoods through housing rehabilitation, homeownership, new multifamily housing, and community-focused services.
We aspire to serve as a community-based facility that offers affordable housing to at-risk individuals, while also providing life skills, counseling, and other resources to equip, educate, and empower them to become self-sufficient and promote independent living. Our ultimate goal is to help individuals "connect the dots" and build a better future for themselves and their families.

🏆 Located in Oakland, California and founded by Kelly Rhone, CTD Housing Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to improving supportive housing and providing resources and tools to individuals who lack affordable housing, transportation, and self-sufficiency. Our client base includes veterans who have sacrificed for our country and deserve minimal housing, elderly individuals who are vulnerable and may suffer from geriatrics, and ex-incarcerated men and women who face unique challenges as they reintegrate into society.
🎯 Our objective is to establish multi-independent living facilities where residents can feel secure and enjoy the sense of accomplishment that comes with having a place to call home. We work closely with all tenants to understand their needs and help them through any challenging process to ensure they receive the assistance needed to become active and productive members of the community. Through our services, we aim to significantly reduce the number of families living on the streets and become one of the most recognized non-profit organizations known for our contribution to building a peaceful and well-organized community.

CTD Housing's Housing program is designed to provide affordable and safe housing to at-risk individuals, particularly veterans, the elderly, and ex-incarcerated men and women. Our program aims to improve supportive housing and improve the quality of life in Oakland, California, by developing multi-independent living facilities and strengthening neighborhoods through housing rehabilitation, homeownership, and new multifamily housing. MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT
